Introduction to Cooking and Kitchen Skills (5 weeks at 4 hours per week)

 The course will involve menu planning and costing of five nutritious meals over a five week period and preparing, cooking and serving one meal per week for each of the five weeks. The course will provide understanding of basic food preparation and simple cooking skills, kitchen cleaning and hygiene, food storage and presentation of food. Qualified instructor.

Tuesdays 10:00am – 2:00pm   Dates: Starting dates 18th July & 22nd August (5 weeks).

The start date is indicative of when the class will commence, however, we cannot begin until we have the minimum number of students required. Students will be kept informed.

 

International Cooking (5 weeks)

These cooking sessions will provide an international cooking experience, from making pasta to constructing a pavlova. Over a five week period you will be preparing, cooking and serving one meal per week for each of the five weeks.

Cost: $100/90 Wednesdays 10am – 2.00pm
