Carmel is the founder and principal of two local businesses, Baw Baw Latin Ballroom and Rock n Roll Basics (focused on elevating community joy and connection through social dance) and micro-social enterprise Carmel Riley Consulting, delivering professional services across evaluation, strategy, governance, business development, people and culture and training and development (leadership, customer service and winning grants and tenders).

She runs some wonderful dance workshops at Warragul Community House- including Get Moovin' with Ballroom Dancing and Get Groovin' with Ballroom & Rock 'n' Roll.

Carmel led the establishment of our Retail Course, continuing as a guest speaker for the program.
