Rosemary Allica - Manager
Rosemary has been the Manager at WCH for almost 4 years and enjoys every moment! Rosemary really likes the involvement with the community and assisting them to build their social links and skills. With an extensive background in Primary Education she worked as a Principal for around 25 years. Her teaching experience includes primary school classroom teaching, delivering Professional Development sessions to teachers in a range of schools and teaching students with hearing impairments using signed English (Auslan). Rosemary and her partner Barry have 3 children and have called Warragul ‘home’ for many years. They enjoy family time and when possible, travelling.
Kate Glover - Administration Officer
Kate has been a part of the Warragul Community House team for 3 years now. Kate has extensive experience in the administration field, coming from a background in managing a childcare center for many years. Kate has many roles at Warragul Community House, from overseeing the day to day administrative tasks in the office, to managing volunteer recruitment, rostering, training, and coordinating the marketing and social media. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her 3 busy boys- Isaiah (9), Jonah (6) and Lawson (4).
Robin Raj - Program Officer
Robin comes on board with 17 years of diverse professional experience spanning both corporate and educational domains. His career journey has included roles at renowned multinational organizations such as DELL Inc and Ocwen Financial Corporation LLC, where he contributed as an Associate, Sr mortgage Underwriter, and Corporate Trainer. Furthermore, his academic pursuits have led him to serve as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Business Administration at various esteemed institutions abroad. Robin’s fervour for Instruction Design is matched by his expertise in a range of business-related subjects, including Business, Human Resources, Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Corporate Governance. With a teaching tenure spanning 6 years prior to his relocation to Australia, he brings a wealth of pedagogical knowledge to his current roles. Presently, he serves as the Program Officer and Tutor at Warragul Community House while concurrently assuming the vital role of associate Consultant at CRSE Group Pty Ltd, both based in Warragul.
