Rosemary Allica - Manager

Rosemary has been the Manager at WCH for almost 4 years and enjoys every moment! Rosemary really likes the involvement with the community and assisting them to build their social links and skills. With an extensive background in Primary Education she worked as a Principal for around 25 years. Her teaching experience includes primary school classroom teaching, delivering Professional Development sessions to teachers in a range of schools and teaching students with hearing impairments using signed English (Auslan). Rosemary and her partner Barry have 3 children and have called Warragul ‘home’ for many years. They enjoy family time and when possible, travelling.

Kate Glover - Administration Officer

Kate has been a part of the Warragul Community House team for 3 years now. Kate has extensive experience in the administration field, coming from a background in managing a childcare center for many years. Kate has many roles at Warragul Community House, from overseeing the day to day administrative tasks in the office, to managing volunteer recruitment, rostering, training, and coordinating the marketing and social media. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her 3 busy boys- Isaiah (9), Jonah (6) and Lawson (4).

Robin Raj - Program Officer

Robin is an MBA with 16 years experience in corporate as well as in the education field. Over the period he has held many positions at multi national companies like DELL Computers, Ocwen Financial Corporation LLC, as Associate, Underwriter and Corporate Trainer, and in the academic field as Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Business Administration at various educational institutions overseas. Passionate in the field of Instruction Design and subjects of Business, Human Resources, Financial Management, Marketing Management and Corporate Governance, has taught business management students for a period of 6 years before migrating to Australia. He is currently a Tutor and Program Officer at Warragul Community House and also assuming the role as Training & Development Coordinator at Carmel Riley Consulting at Warragul.

Krista Mountford - Multicultural Hub Officer

Coming on board as the Multicultural Hub Officer, Krista is excited about connecting new arrivals to Australia with other local community members, and helping them to forge new connections in the area. With a background in teaching and event management, Krista has spent the last 6 years working in the not-for-profit space. Krista is passionate about her local community and runs annual charity events, as well as volunteering with Baw Baw Food Relief and helping to coordinate the Baw Baw Soup Kitchen. Krista is currently studying a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, as well as a Permaculture Design and Teaching Certificate. She works as the Project Officer for the Baw Baw Sustainability Network, and works in events for a private event company. Mum to two gorgeous boys, and married to husband Andrew, the family enjoys camping, spending time gardening and going on adventures!
