Stanley has practiced yoga since his late teens in the form of physical yoga along with meditation and yoga philosophy. Stanley is a qualified yoga and Feldenkrais Method teacher. He taught community classes in Melbourne for 10 years prior to moving to Warragul. His aim is to provide a supportive, encouraging and enjoyable learning environment for all his students.
His personal practice of both modalities has been of great value in his life and he is keen to share the benefits of yoga and Feldenkrais with his students in the form of increased ease of movement and a more relaxed mind as the basis of a happy, healthy and rewarding life.
